TODO.md Updated TODO.md. Created EnvConfig via env vars lookup. Created RestConfig for REST, DatabaseConfig for Database. Made a database selector via DatabaseConfig with Mock MeasurementStorage as default one (probably a bad decision but it works for now and logged on start).
